There are no long term commitments or contracts to sign, we only ask that you provide two weeks notice if cancelling service to allow time for us to reassign the impacted tutor.

We will contact you for an initial case study to understand your student's specific needs and match with a qualified tutor accordingly.
How do you ensure the safety and reliability of your tutors?
All of our tutors undergo thorough background checks and screening processes to ensure the safety and reliability of our services.
What should we do if we're not satisfied with the tutor?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your tutor, please let us know, and we will work to find a better match for your needs. You will not be charged for any unsatisfactory sessions.
How does billing work?
Hours provided through the month are tallied and billed on the first of the following month
